To ensure that clients’ expectations are always met—and exceeded—we’ve developed CentEx, a proprietary five-pronged program created to continually improve account and client management through training, tools and knowledge management.

The five interconnected—and client-connected—components of CentEx:

• CodEx. Havas PR’s core beliefs on account-management excellence.

 

• AnnEx. An online resource center of best practices and materials for review and use by any team member, regardless of account.

 

• AnnEx Live. A series of workshops, seminars and guest speakers on topics related to account-management excellence.

 

• TeamEx. Composed of one member from each team (AgentEx) who will be dedicated to ensuring total account-management excellence.

 

• MetrEx. An addition to the current annual client assessments that focuses on efforts to improve account-management excellence.
